1. Rental Agreement

By booking a vehicle through RentACarGoa.com (operated by GetGo Rentals), you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement is formed upon confirmation of your booking.

2. Eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years of age (25 for luxury vehicles) with a valid driving license held for minimum 1 year. International renters must possess a valid International Driving Permit along with their home country license.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. Amount varies by vehicle category (₹5,000 to ₹50,000). The deposit is refunded within 24 hours of vehicle return, subject to inspection for damage, fuel level, and traffic violations.

4. Fuel Policy

Full-to-full fuel policy applies. Vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to refuel results in fuel charges plus a ₹500 service fee.

5. Mileage

All rentals include unlimited kilometers. There is no daily mileage cap and no extra km charges.

6. Insurance

Comprehensive insurance is included. Damage excess applies in case of accidents as per the insurance policy. Optional zero-excess damage waiver available at ₹300/day.

7. Prohibited Uses

Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving (except 4x4 vehicles), sub-leasing, carrying illegal goods, or driven under influence of alcohol/drugs. Smoking inside vehicles is prohibited.

8. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours attract one day rental charge. No-show bookings are charged 100% of the first day rental.

9. Late Return

Grace period of 1 hour. Beyond grace period, ₹500/hour late fee applies. Returns more than 3 hours late are charged an additional full day rental.

10. Traffic Violations

All traffic fines and violations during the rental period are the renter's responsibility. Charges will be deducted from the security deposit if not settled directly.

11. Breakdown & Accidents

Contact our 24/7 helpline immediately. Do not authorize repairs without our approval. In case of accidents, file a police report and inform us within 2 hours.

12. Geographic Limits

Vehicles may be driven within Goa and to neighboring states (Karnataka, Maharashtra) with prior approval. Out-of-state travel may attract additional charges.
